The Technical Sales Manager is responsible for promoting and selling the organization's products and services to a defined customer base within a specific area and business unit. This includes developing and executing sales plans, achieving targets, and managing budgets to ensure growth and profitability.
Your Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales plans, prioritize activities, and schedule regular engagements with key customers to build profitable and sustainable business relationships.
Identify and pursue sales opportunities by visiting customers, assessing their needs, recommending suitable products and services, responding to inquiries, and negotiating pricing and delivery terms within authorized limits to close sales and achieve targets.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers to strengthen brand presence and market share.
Provide ongoing support to high-value customers, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
Keep customers informed about new products and services, while continuously gathering feedback and ideas for product improvements and innovation to meet evolving customer needs.
Report sales leads, customer feedback, and competitor activities to relevant internal teams to support market responsiveness and business strategy.
Perform other duties as assigned and aligned with the role.
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field (MBA or Master's degree is a plus).
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the feed additives industry.
Strong command of English (spoken and written).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Pleasant personality with a strong sales orientation and customer-focused mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
