Responsibilities:
  • Executes all sales and marketing strategies as mandated by your immediate management.
  • Closely monitors the sales growth of all dealers / sub- dealers and users in your assigned area and ensures that all target quotas are met.
  • Makes certain that the Minimum Retail Price is strictly implemented.
  • Coordinates with local government and agricultural officials for all local activities in accordance with the company 's marketing programs.
  • Ensures the constant and consistent supply of products is present in your assigned distribution network.
  • Monitors both physical appearance and product performance of all products from store outlets to end users. Taking note of all changes / complaints and reporting them immediately to your immediate area supervisor/ manager.
  • Constantly creates new store and farm accounts.
  • Maybe called to conduct seminars for gamecock raisers.
  • Provide technical assistance to all product users in both, pre-set schedule or on call service.
  • Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
  • Updating and Using Relevant Knowledge. Keeping up -to -date technically and applying new knowledge to your job.
  • Attends meetings, conferences, workshops and training sessions and reviews publications and audio - visual materials to become and remain current on the principles, practices and new developments in assigned work areas.
  • Responds to client's questions and comments in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Comply with any other additional projects given by your immediate District Sales Manager.
  • Performs other duties assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Animal Science or any related course
  • Pass the basic training course as set by management
  • Must be well organized, goal oriented
  • Good problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal skills. Self starter
  • Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
