Technical Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Location: Wielkopolska

Reporting Line: Reporting to the Team Leader.

Scope: Providing technical nutritional support and sales within the Ruminant market.

ADM is the international brand representing premixes and corporate services within the ADM Group. Our focus lies in producing technical products such as premixes, complementary feed, mineral feed, nutraceuticals, mineral-vitamin lick buckets, feed additives, and starter feeds. These products are closely associated with high-value advisory services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Development and Sales:
  • Attracting new customers and promoting sales growth.
  • Implementing budgets.
  • Proposing development projects to enhance our product offerings.
  • Collaborating with the global ADM team and participating in global meetings when necessary.
  • Cooperating with other ADM team members to support the company's development.
  • Technical Support and Product Management:
  • Offering technical support to customers in the areas of nutrition and the selection of premixes and other animal nutrition products.
  • Conducting audits, diet formulation, and providing farm management support.
  • Enhancing technical outcomes on farms.
  • Regularly assessing customer needs through frequent visits to breeders.
  • Utilizing internal support tools.
Requirements
  • A higher education degree, with postgraduate qualifications in fields such as zootechnics, animal sciences, agriculture, or veterinary medicine.
  • Between 5 to 10 years of experience in the premixes industry, preferably with practical experience in feeding ruminants at the farm level.
  • Demonstrated innovation and a proactive approach to professional development.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude, with a willingness to share knowledge and expertise.
  • Ability to undertake mobile work within the designated area (approximately 85%), with the remaining 15% allocated to administrative tasks in the office or plant.
  • Fluency in Polish and proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in IT tools and a valid driver's license.
