The Technical Sales Manager key mission is to develop distributor network and increase BernAQUA products sales in his area, directly or through distributors.
Your Responsibilities
The Lead technical sales manager acts as the national leading sales force dedicated to our aqua hatchery nutrition in China.
He/she handles prospect door opening, products promotion and business negotiation.
In coordination with the global BERNAQUA technical department, he/she provides first line technical assistance to our aqua hatchery customers (end-users or distributors).
He/she manages customer needs and expectations, maintains high levels of customer satisfaction and trouble shoot customer issues.
He/she collaborates with local and global stakeholders to define our aqua hatchery business strategy, and deploy penetration plans within specified target segments.
He/she identifies new business opportunities, qualify and validate the value and deploy appropriate resource to win new business.
Identify, select, interview \\potential new distributors to develop the business of the company
Support existing distributors to develop their sales further
Assess actual and new distributor situation (turnover, number of employees, development capacity, weaknesses, main customers, etc.)
Active during seminars (company presentation, products presentation, etc.)
Termly hold meeting with sales director to debrief both achievements and problems during working and give some advises and proposals
Your Profile
Advanced technical knowledge on aqua nutrition and farm management
Strong mentality of business developer, looking to develop new business. "Hunter" mind
At least 2-5 years of experience in in Aqua Feed and distributor management and distributor prospecting.
English isn't a requirement but could be considered as a plus
Experience in Aqua Feed company (in an large Chinese or international company) is a plus
