Technical Quality Manager (Maternity Cover - 12 Months)

Location: Rolle, Switzerland

Start Date: February 1, 2026

We are seeking a Technical Quality Manager to oversee end-to-end management of SDS/MSDS, labels, and composition documentation, ensuring harmonization and controlled governance. You will serve as the key interface for customer quality support (questionnaires, certificates, registrations) and communications regarding major technical document changes. This role is part of the Feed Additives and Ingredients team and reports directly to the Quality & Food Safety Director EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and maintain technical quality documents (MSDS, labels, composition sheets).

  • Manage MSDS and label software (Infodyne).

  • Define and maintain the organization of technical documents on the server.

  • Standardize technical quality documents and practices within the scope.

  • Develop and provide written instructions related to technical quality documents.

  • Collaborate with the Regulatory Affairs team to ensure alignment with regulations and updates.

  • Prepare customer communications for major changes in technical documents.

  • Request M3 code extensions for labels.

  • Respond to quality-related customer questionnaires.

  • Provide certificates or attestations (non-GMP, absence of BSE, etc.).

  • Create quality documentation for product registrations.

  • Participate in internal and inter-site audits as an auditor.

  • Record claims in Excel and Salesforce, manage investigations with relevant stakeholders.

  • Propose and implement process improvements.

  • Analyze claims globally to identify critical points and trends.

  • Review claims performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

  • Prepare responses for customers via email or information letters.

  • Support the implementation of CoE objectives, guidelines, and instructions.

  • Escalate major issues and concerns as needed.

  • Participate in CoE activities (meetings, events, seminars).

  • Promote ADM's high-quality image.

  • Inform and exchange with Animal Nutrition EMEA stakeholders (Operations, Business, Regulatory Affairs, Operational Excellence) on key Quality & Food Safety aspects.

  • Contribute to integration activities for new business and team members within Animal Nutrition EMEA.

  • Participate in global management reviews and communicate QFS activities via appropriate channels.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • BS degree in Feed Science or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the food or feed industry.

  • Knowledge of local regulatory requirements (GMP+, FSSC 22000, etc.).

  • Experience with Salesforce.

  • Highly organized and collaborative.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.

  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.

  • English fluency is required.
