Responsible for CD&D technical and operational activities at ADM Deerland D/S, Hundested, with strong focus to support Operations to improve site yield and profitability, following LEAN system.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead local CD&D team in ADM Denmark.
  • Coordination with NPD, EPD and IFS managers to execute and prioritize accordingly onsite actions.
  • Support Operation locally to lift and identify variation and execute corrective and mitigations actions.
  • Execute supportive actions for Deviations/CAPA according to QMS.
  • Support onsite LCM actions in alignment with EPD/LCM CD&D EMEA manager to drive continuous improvement, improve of yield and profitability, cycle time.
  • Attack rationality and work actively on risk assessment and control/ space.
  • Ownership for Right-first-time onsite, including direct support of new development trials.
  • Conceptional secure CD&D involvement in URS on site projects.
  • Supervise development scientists and co-ordinate daily technical actions for CD&D team based in ADM Deerland D/S.
  • Prioritising department work according to the company's goals and priorities.
  • CD&D technical point of contact for key customer meetings.
  • Managing customer projects related to CD&D at the site.
  • Organising innovation meetings with customer at the site.
  • Represent CD&D in Operational site activities.
  • Leading reformulation improvements for the site.
  • Working in the CD&D Laboratory for technical assessment of new developments, reformulation, sample preparation.
  • Co-ordinate with Operation team for the completion of trials in production for new internal developments and customized solutions.
  • Support Cross-functional meeting at the site.

Education & Experience: (University degree, work experience, industry, etc.)

  • Degree level
