Responsibilities:

Preparing VAT/Intrastat returns in compliance with legal regulations (within EMEA region),
Ensure on-time and uninterrupted delivery of VAT/Intrastat returns
Coordinate data delivery for tax audits,
Reconciling VAT reports and general ledger VAT accounts,
Cooperation with VAT department on ensuring that existing business controls are properly and timely executed,
Develop ideas for process improvements
VAT project participation

Requirements:

Preferably MA/BA in Finance/Accounting/Tax and at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
Good knowledge of Polish tax (VAT) rules and accounting principles
Fluent English verbal and written communication skills
Good MS Excel knowledge
Ability to think analytical
Self-discipline and ability to work with tight timeframes, meet legal/mandatory tax reporting deadlines and service level expectations
High degree of interpersonal and communication skills
Time management skills and ability to organize the responsibilities

Willingess to work 3 days per week from our Pozna office.
