Responsibilities:
  • Own the recruitment journey by managing the entire recruitment lifecycle (corporate around 70% of the time, engineering & sales around 30% mainly in Poland) from collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs, to sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to provide expert advice on sustainable recruitment strategies and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
  • Attract and select exceptional talent by conducting initial video and phone interviews and effectively communicating our organization's strengths and opportunities, illustrating why we are an ideal next step in their professional journey.
  • Guide the candidate experience by leading candidates seamlessly through the selection process, from screening applications to extending offers.
  • Optimize recruitment systems by maintaining and updating our ATS to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Source creatively by using various channels like job boards, social media, and networking to identify and attract the best talent.
Requirements:
  • Proven expertise with at least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in an international and professional services context.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition across a diverse range of positions, including corporate functions, sales, engineering, and manufacturing sectors.
  • Specialized knowledge and familiarity with recruiting processes in finance and engineering industries
  • Language proficiency with fluent English (C1) and Polish (C2) communication skills, and the ability to persuade and inspire.
  • Experience in work with ATS.
  • An organized and independent work style, with a structured approach to your work, coupled with flexibility and good organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of engaging with internal and external stakeholders, with a solution-oriented mindset-even under pressure.
  • Willingness to work 3 days per week form our Pozna office (full time; no B2B option provided)
