Your Challenge

As a Sustainability working student or intern, you will have the opportunity to work within our sustainability team to contribute to our organization's commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainable practices. Your role will involve supporting various sustainability initiatives and projects, conducting research on best practices and emerging trends in sustainable development, and assisting in the implementation of strategies to reduce our environmental footprint.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support sustainability assessments by coordinating data collection, document reviews, analysis of results, and preparation of stakeholder presentations.
  • Maintain sustainability platforms and documentation, ensuring information is accurate, up to date, organized, and accessible while managing stakeholder requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, organize, and align sustainability metrics, evidence, and practices across the organization.
  • Support certification programs (e.g., ISCC, RTRS, RSPO etc.) by reviewing compliance evidence, assisting implementation across entities, and guiding relevant colleagues.
  • Coordinate internal assessments, spot checks, and risk-based controls, leveraging internal and third-party support to ensure compliance and readiness.
  • Monitor sustainability initiatives, certifications, and regulatory developments, informing stakeholders of relevant policy and legislative changes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by researching sustainable practices, evaluating initiative effectiveness, recommending enhancements, and supporting broader sustainability projects as needed.
Your profile
  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program Business Management, Sustainability, Agriculture, Administration or Environment or related fields.
  • Passion for sustainability and a strong understanding of environmental issues and sustainable development goals.
  • Excellent research, analytical, organizational and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with data project management or sustainability assessments is preferred.
  • Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work on multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
