The Role

The Supply Chain Specialist ensures efficient and accurate trade executions across Sales, QA, and Finance teams. This role focuses on import-related documentation, shipping coordination, and compliance activities, while supporting other trade administration tasks as needed to enable smooth business operations.Your Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all inbound and outbound logistics activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
  • Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers to optimize delivery schedules and reduce supply chain costs.
  • Ensure compliance with import, export, and customs regulations.
  • Maintain accurate logistics documentation and records.
  • Support process improvements and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Assist Technical Service in handling customer complaints by providing order information and coordinating returns, credits, and replacements.
  • Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
  • Follow company procedures and policies.
Your Profile
  • At least 5 years' experience of relevant work experience
  • Experience in customs clearance in the food industry
  • Knowledge of payment term, shipping documentation, trade terms, Letter of Credit and Documentary Collections preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Independent, meticulous, organized, responsible, and a good team player.
  • Possess a positive mindset, initiative, and high adaptability.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
