This position is critical for the success of Pet Nutrition whereby you will lead the Supply and Demand Planning, Customer Service, Distribution, 3PL, Warehousing and Logistics functions for Animal Nutrition divisions in APAC covering all the product range: Animal Feed, Pet Food, Premix and Feed Additives and Ingredients.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead the demand and supply planning processes based on the statistical sales forecast of the commercial and marketing areas to guarantee service to customers and a good inventory and risks administration. This position owns the S&OP process in the organization
  • Lead the production planning process of the plants, liaising with operations and Procurement teams to guarantee the supply of finished products to the customers, aiming to optimize plants utilization to achieve the lowest possible cost with optimal customer service
  • Lead the customer service process in all the business units to ensure that the agreed-to service levels agreements are met according to the commercial contracts
  • Administrate the transportation & logistics activities in each channel to guarantee the distribution of products with the best service level at the optimal operating cost
  • Define the imports and exports process of the products to guarantee the correct service level to customers at the lowest cost and ensuring their timely supply
  • Guarantee the optimal operation of the distribution centers, own and external, to have the correct distribution of products and improve the service levels to customers
  • Define a Supply Chain Strategy and Roadmap with clear KPI's, aligned to Business Strategies (Short/Long)
  • Accountable to deliver Supply Chain costs at agreed targets
  • Look for alternative production solutions (third-party manufacturers) and administrate them to manufacture products that meet the company's quality standards, with the required response time, at the required cost, when the production and/or innovation plans so require
Your Profile
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience with degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or Engineering preferred
  • Following certifications are a plus: ASCM, CPIM, CSCP, CTSC, CPSM
