Your role
  • Lead and support cross-functional initiatives across supply chain planning, network optimization, transportation and warehousing cost reduction, and inventory management.
  • Act as a versatile, hands-on contributor within the Supply Chain Excellence Team, flexibly adapting to changing business priorities and project requirements.
  • Assess, develop, and recommend optimization initiatives, including network consolidation, delivery concepts, and transportation strategy enhancements.
  • Analyze end-to-end supply chain data to identify cost-saving opportunities, efficiency improvements, and service level enhancements.
  • Drive the evaluation, optimization, and continuous improvement of end-to-end supply chain systems and processes.
  • Support and enhance supply chain planning and logistics processes, ensuring alignment between demand and operational execution through advanced planning solutions.
  • Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of supply chain tools and digital solutions.
  • Collaborate with global and regional business teams to align initiatives, share best practices, and ensure consistent execution across regions.
  • Provide analytical insights and decision support for strategic initiatives within the global supply chain organization.
  • Work closely with IT and data teams to implement or improve tools supporting network transparency, automation, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators related to cost efficiency, process performance, responsiveness, and service quality.
  • Support change management activities to ensure successful implementation of new processes, tools, and systems, driving user adoption and resolving transition challenges.
Your profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • Extensive professional experience in end-to-end supply chain operations, ideally within a multinational or global environment.
  • Strong expertise in supply chain planning, warehousing, and logistics operations.
  • Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP), as well as WMS, TMS, and APS solutions.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a demonstrated track record in data-driven decision-making and cost/savings analysis.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, combined with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel 10-20%, depending on project requirements.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
