Sr Ecosystem Data Analyst - Erlanger, KY

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team. This role is responsible for evaluating business processes, analyzing complex datasets, and developing clear, impactful data visualizations that drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strong process mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business insights.

Job Responsibilities

Process Analysis & Optimization
  • Map, Evaluate, and optimize business processes owned by Ecosystem Team which includes partnering across ADM functions.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose workflow improvements using data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead implementation of process enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and performance benchmarks.
Data Analysis
  • Oversee the acquisition, validation, and governance of datasets from diverse internal and external sources to ensure data quality and reliability.
  • Drive exploratory and diagnostic analytics initiatives to reveal key patterns, trends, and root-cause insights that inform strategic direction.
  • Deliver high-impact, actionable intelligence to senior stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Data Visualization & Reporting
  • Lead the design and development of dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, and Excel to support strategic visibility and decision-making.
  • Champion clear, impactful communication of complex analytical insights, tailoring messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences across the organization.
  • Guide the automation and optimization of reporting workflows, enhancing operational efficiency and establishing scalable, repeatable processes.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
  • 3 - 7 years proven experience in data analysis, process improvement, or business intelligence.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Experience with Power BI and Sharepoint a plus
  • Pro-active and self-started approach
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
