Your Role

An opportunity has arisen for a Site Operative based in Knottingley, West Yorkshire. This is a multi-skilled position covering all aspects of production across the flour mill. The position is based on a shift system of four on/four off which is two days & two nights. The position reports to the Production Manager.

Your Responsibilities

• Work within the Company Health and Safety guidelines adhering to the critical life standards policy.

• Ensure all food safety compliance requirements are maintained within the plant.

• Working to Production targets to ensure performance excellence across site.

• Laboratory testing of wheat & flour to ensure high quality standards.

• Accurate completion of all documentation as required.

• Support other Site functions such as Weighbridge, Warehouse & Hygiene when required.

Your Profile

• An effective team member.

• Effective oral and written communication within operations.

• Problem solving abilities to analyse situations objectively and reach logical solutions.

• Food process experience is ideal but not essential and training will be provided.
