• Supervise the safe and efficient operation of the milling department
  
  
• Adjust, maintain, and repair milling equipment following ADM Operational Milling Standards
  
  
• Train, mentor, and develop milling staff
  
  
• Optimize mill yields, moisture levels, capacity, and product quality
  
  
• Maintain records and reports per ADM policies and procedures
  
  
• Assist in other departments as business needs arise
  
  
• Follow the Management Operating System to achieve established production goals
  
  
• Maintain mill sanitation at BRC-certified levels in accordance with ADM Food Safety policies
  
  
• Develop procedures to reduce EDT levels across all mills
  
  
• Perform all other duties as required
  
  

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, self-motivation, and organizational skills
  
  
• Ability to ensure and promote a safe, productive work environment
  
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  
  
• Confident and courteous communication style with strong leadership presence
  
  
• Ability to hear, speak clearly, read, comprehend, and communicate effectively
  
  

• Degree in a related field such as Milling Science and/or 5+ years of hands-on milling experience
  
  

• Successful completion of pre-employment medical and reference check
  
  
• Ability to walk long distances, stand for extended periods, climb stairs and ladders, work in confined spaces, and tolerate extreme temperatures
  
  
• Ability to work shift schedules
  
  
• Compliance with all local/provincial safety and EHS legislation and ADM requirements
