We are looking for a passionate SEO manager to join our growing team and work across all brands: Protexin Vet, Pet, Equine and Bio-Kult. You will manage our non-D2C websites, ownership and delivery of search engine optimization technical & content strategy and email customer relationship management for our D2C sites. You will be at the heart of driving our B2C efforts, ensuring that we drive high quality organic traffic to our optimized websites and deliver best-in-class user experiences onsite.
Your Responsibilities
SEO strategy ownership: Technical SEO & SEO content strategy for all sites (DTC and non-DTC),
Working closely with brand manager, digital media manager, digital shelf optimisation manager, digital agency & internal technical teams for any content.
Develop concise SEO strategies to drive business KPI's, incl. clear roadmaps, forecasts and reporting.
Oversee the content strategy for SEO, in alignment with business objectives and target audiences.
Manage and lead SEO agency relationship to deliver results, incl. contracting, budget management and performance evaluation.
Manage the SEO DPR strategy.
Responsible for website data set up: google ads, google search console, google tag manager, google analytics.
Stay up to date with algorithm updates, industry trends, and emerging SEO technologies & be the SEO champion within the business.
Responsible for working with export partners & teams on domain ownership & content requests.
Active collaboration with commercial, marketing, NPD, finance, supply chain.
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree with a minimum 4 years of SEO experience, working in marketing, eCommerce or digital marketing teams within B2C, D2C or a retailer.
Technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimisation, and content strategy.
Proven track record of delivering organic growth.
In depth knowledge of website performance metrics, technical & content SEO.
Strong demonstration of working cross functionally to get the best results.
UK & US experience beneficial.
Strong analytical experience.
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Demonstrable ability to self-motivate and manage multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong proficiency in Google Suite.
Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
