Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex, cross-functional projects and programmes across the firm and its affiliate entities, ensuring delivery to time, cost, and quality targets. Operating within a highly regulated environment, you will be responsible for aligning change initiatives with business strategy and regulatory requirements, while effectively managing risk, stakeholders, and governance processes.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of business and IT projects/programmes, ensuring they meet agreed objectives, timescales, and budgets.
Develop robust project plans, manage resources, and track progress through appropriate reporting mechanisms.
Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues, escalating where necessary.
Lead project teams and resources, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Engage and influence senior stakeholders and executive sponsors to drive project success.
Ensure business readiness, including operational handover, training, and adoption planning.
Produce monthly management reporting on project & small change status and present to the firm's Executive Committee.
Maintain the project & small change priority list for London.
Maintain the firm's project & small change methodology and governance.
Work effectively with other ADM Group entities especially other Investor Services businesses to ensure a global approach to similar issues is adopted where appropriate and that policies are compiled with.
Your Profile
Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience engaging senior leadership across different geographies.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a complex environment.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities.
Proven experience delivering large-scale projects/programmes within a regulated financial services firm.
Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, MSP).
Expertise in use of project management tools & software.
