This position will be the dedicated sales force to drive for the growth and development of ADM's Flavor business with key accounts in South East Asia.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead sales activities for the Flavor business and drive strategic growth with key accounts.
  • Identify and pursue competitive sales opportunities by leveraging internal capabilities, technical resources, and partner networks.
  • Manage high-potential projects and oversee the full sales cycle, including opportunity identification, qualification, and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while understanding their needs and aligning solutions to business objectives.
  • Keep sales forecasts accurate, comprehensive, and updated.
  • Manage account receivables and ensure overdue payments remain within acceptable limits.
  • Work closely with colleagues across business units to ensure alignment on processes, compliance, and administrative requirements.
  • Support the sales function through additional tasks assigned by the company or line manager.


Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience developing key accounts in the food flavor or specialty ingredients sector, with a strong track record of sales growth.
  • Strategic thinker who is self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Experience managing global key accounts is an advantage.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively as part of the role.
