Your Responsibilities

The incumbent will be accountable for promoting (and selling) the organization's products & services in a defined manner. He / She will also be responsible for the development and execution of sales plans, targets and budgets within respectively area and business unit.
  • Establish sales plans, prioritize, schedule and implement business activities with key customers to ensure profitable business relationship.
  • Pursue sales leads, visit customers to access customer needs, suggest appropriate products & services, respond to customer enquiries and negotiate prices & delivery times within limit authority and conclude sales order to meet sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with key customer to promote brand awareness.
  • Provide ongoing support to high valued customers ensuring they receive high quality customer service.
  • Inform customers of new products & services and continuously gather and evaluate ideas for new products, product improvements and services to meet customers' needs.
  • Refer sales leads, customer feedback and information on competitor activity to appropriate contact within team so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
  • Other appropriate job as assigned.
Your Profile
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required (an MBA or Master's degree is considered an advantage).
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the field of animal nutrition, with at least 3 years of experience in selling Animal Nutrition & Feed Additives or Animal Health Products.
  • Experience in managing key accounts is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a good command of both written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in using computer software programs, particularly MS Office.
  • A pleasant personality with a strong sense of salesmanship and a customer service mindset.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
