Responsibilities

  • Supporting Team Leader in handling French subsidiaries & serve as a primary point of contact for business communication,
  • Overseeing the daily processing of bank statements to ensure right accuracy of postings and timelines of the process,
  • Supporting the team in resolving discrepancies on cash allocation and driving more complex AR topics,
  • Coordinate the end- to-end process ensuring seamless execution and effective problem solving,
  • Gathering, interpreting, and use complex data to develop actionable steps that will improve processes and optimize results,
  • Implementing improvements within the scope of accounting processes,
  • Improve, execute, and effectively communicate significant analyses that identify meaningful trends and opportunities across the business,
  • Cooperating with business stakeholders from: GBS P2C teams, Strategic Partner, Business Stakeholders on daily duties and Month End Close tasks,
  • Ensuring daily operations are carried out according to set targets and deadlines,
Your Profile
  • At least 3- year of experience in accounting, in SSC is nice to have,
  • Excellent English (B2) with French mandatory (at least B2),
  • Open minded, ready to work in a multicultural environment,
  • Used to work independently,
  • Experience with SAP (or other ERP systems) would be an asset,
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills,
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Accuracy, attention to detail and ability to organize your own time,
  • Willingness to learn and develop in the accounting area,
  • Ability to work 3 days per week from our Pozna office.
