• Managing on time sample requests
• Receiving and sending flavors, compounds & H&W samples
• Working with DHL/Fedex Customs Brokerage Firms for sample custom clearance and declaration, assign appropriate HS code for smooth operation
• Coordinate with shipping and dispatch to ensure samples are sent on time
• Prioritize workload across all customers' sample requests
• The role is diligent in the implementation of all company policy requirements including safety, reporting, compliance, training and other items as assigned by Management.

• Bachelor in Logistic or in related field preferred. Experience in similar role is beneficial.
• Experience in Logistic/import/export business is preferred
• Basic laboratory experience
• Preferably experienced in managing a sample library
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Positive, 'can-do' attitude with open minded approach
• Good computer software skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Able to work independently as well as a team player
• Good problem-solving skills communication skills and time management skills
• Detail oriented
