The Role

China's pet food industry has entered a blowout development recently. As a worldwide leading pet food premix brand, ADM pet

premix has also continued to expand our business. Pet food customers have high requirements for the quality of raw materials,

product innovation and services. ADM pet premix business line serves well-known domestic and international customers. The

business is growing fast, facing more opportunities and challenges. Therefore, we hope to attract more talented people to join

us and provide support for innovative businesses.

Your Responsibilities
  • Directly manage, develop, maintain, and deepen relationships with petfood, supplement and treats customers.
  • Independently or jointly with distributors, develop, negotiate, and secure clients in the pet food premix and functional ingredients sectors. Conduct regular visits to end clients to gain deep insights into their needs and challenges, strengthen partnerships, and enhance market coverage.
  • Develop and execute tailored strategic account plans for major clients to achieve sales targets.
  • Empower existing distributors by providing sales tools, product training, and competitive market strategies to jointly develop and expand regional markets.
  • Act as a technical and commercial advisor to clients, coordinating local and global R&D, technical, and service resources to deliver integrated solutions and resolve complex challenges.
  • Systematically collect and analyze market intelligence, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Actively support and participate in major pet industry exhibitions, technical seminars, and online conferences.
  • Assist the marketing team in developing conference themes and preparing technical presentations and business negotiation materials to enhance brand influence.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's Degree, major in animal science, veterinary medicine, food science and other related majors is preferred
  • 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, with a focus on the pet food industry or feed additives/premix sector. Candidates with an established client network are preferred.
  • With client relationship management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Solid technical acumen to translate customer needs into technical solutions and collaborate effectively with R&D teams.
  • With market analysis and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic English communication skills, adapting in a cross-cultural business environment.
  • Willingness to undertake frequent domestic travel
  • Proactive working and close follow up
  • Love sales, willing to join the pet food industry, love pets
