Sales Manager to lead our Semi Commodities Business Unit in South Africa. This is a key leadership role in highly strategic markets for ADM and has significant autonomy and visibility within the organization to grow and further develop our existing business success by implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy. Your main goal will be to turn & defend the existing client base and grow the business.
Responsibilities
Take responsibility for our Semi Commodity sales, including the support of Key Accounts
Maximize the potential of existing Animal Nutrition business lines as well as those of Growth
Define and execute 5-year Strategy aligned with your leadership along the process
Full P&L and Risk Management accountability for your perimeter along leadership guidelines
Build / develop high performing support functions (local and within ADM) to help realize growth aspirations
Identify and develop new business and partnership opportunities for enhancement and growth of the current baseline
Control all sales activities with existing and potential customers
Create and fulfill own sales plans and budget on the basis of 5Y Plan
Build and sustain long-term relationships with all stakeholders (internal and external)
Monthly reporting, sales analytics and insights; understand go-to-market strategy and how to maximize sales efficiency
Stay up to date on industry trend analysis, competitors' activity and changing consumer behaviors through industry publications, events and insights reports to strategically grow the business
Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies within the Italian market as well as in EMEA
Develop relationships within EMEA with the ADM relating business units (GT, FAI Premix, HN) to enhance cooperation leading to sales growth
Coordinate sales department and technical department interaction
Lead the preparation, update and analysis of the relevant data for each of the key trade flows gathering public and internal Reporting, trade info, S&D's and competitor profiling
