Your Responsibilities

This role is reporting directly to the ADM China Animal Nutrition General Manager, you will:

• Drive Business Development: Achieve growth targets in premix and complete feed.

• Expand Market Presence: Identify and capture new business opportunities, while securing and growing existing accounts.

• Build Strategic Partnerships: Develop long-term relationships with feed mills, large farms, and key industry stakeholders.

• Lead Sales Organization: Structure and manage the sales team to maximize efficiency, accountability, and customer satisfaction.

• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and customer trends, providing actionable insights to marketing and product teams.

• Customer-Centric Solutions: Collaborate with technical and QA/regulatory teams to deliver tailored nutritional solutions, demos, and samples that meet customer expectations.

• Industry Expertise: Apply strong business acumen to identify opportunities in the premix and feed industry.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration in Animal Nutrition, or a related field.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the premix industry, with a strong focus on business development and sales growth.

• Proven track record in managing sales organizations, and achieving revenue.

• Demonstrated success in developing long-term strategic partnerships with feed mills, large farms, and key accounts across China.

• Strong commercial acumen with experience in market expansion, customer acquisition, and competitive positioning.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and align sales, technical, and marketing efforts to deliver customer-centric solutions.

• High degree of professionalism, excellent negotiation skills, and basics in English.
