ADM is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales Manager to accelerate growth of the Lasavista portfolio across the DACH Foodservice Wholesale channel. This role focuses on managing strategic wholesale accounts, driving new product listings, and developing long-term customer partnerships within a complex, matrix organization.
You will play a key role in expanding ADM's branded presence, launching new products, and delivering sustainable, profitable growth across national and regional foodservice wholesalers.
Your Responsibilities
Take full responsibility for identified strategic growth accounts in the DACH region and actively support new customer acquisition within the Foodservice Wholesale channel.
Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies tailored to foodservice wholesale markets.
Lead commercial negotiations with central consortia offices on pricing, promotional activities, and framework agreements, while managing day-to-day engagement with individual members.
Support the development and expansion of supplier-branded ranges, working closely with Product Management, Application, and Product Development teams.
Lead customer projects end-to-end, from initial briefing through to implementation, with full accountability for delivery and results.
Manage and grow a diverse foodservice and ingredients portfolio.
Create, manage, and deliver sales plans and budgets aligned with agreed market strategies.
Control and monitor all sales activities with existing and prospective customers.
Establish and develop long-term, trust-based customer relationships.
Continuously monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify new market opportunities.
Report directly to the Sales Director DACH, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Regional Foodservice Sales Director.
Your Profile
A number of years' experience in the DACH Foodservice Wholesale (B2B) channel.
Proven track record of working with major foodservice wholesalers, with a strong network across both national and regional players.
Demonstrated success in launching new products, either under supplier brands or customer own-label.
Experience securing new branded listings, setting up supplier agreements, and managing sales performance and rebate schemes.
University degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
Fluent English and German (written and spoken).
Strong ability to work collaboratively within a matrix organization, supported by excellent communication skills.
Flexible and willing to travel regularly within the DACH region.
Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style.
High level of enthusiasm, initiative, and the ability to perform under pressure.
Strong customer and service orientation, with solid technology and systems skills.
