Your Responsibilities
  • Support key marketing and sales activities of Carbohydrate Solutions portfolio in Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia and Laos
  • Support the sales of in-house products produced in Asia and imported US and EU products into Vietnam/Thailand through working with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain excellent coordination with customer and internal team to ensure daily operations are met.
  • Monitor and prepare documentation related to, but not limited to product registration, sampling, importation and custom clearance purposes and documents required for local selling.
  • Work and coordinate with Carbohydrates Solutions sales team in other Asian markets on cross-market projects and pipelines with multinational / regional/local customers.
  • Closely mange 3rd party agents on importations, stock management and delivery arrangement to end customer and trading partners.
  • Work with other ADM teams of other business units locally to, 1) Ensure ADM portfolio is appropriately represented at relevant level to customers, prospect, and industrial network, 2) Drive collaboration and synergies in sales and local operation optimization, 3) provide guidance and support when necessary and appropriate.
  • Support efforts drive growth potential and/or cost optimization at the local level.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Government Relations, including but not limit to ForEx hedging program, sales and contract agreement preparation and execution, legal compliance, government authority interaction, policy watchout, etc.
  • Diligently implement all company policy requirement including safety, compliance, reporting, training and other items as assigned by management, driving a teamwork culture and a high performanace organization.
  • Manage product inventory, monitoring of open PO/ Contract balances.
  • Prepare, review and provide full set of required documents to customers.
  • Handle customer's complaint , coordinate returns, credit and replacement includes sample preparation. Assist with new customer and vendor accreditation.
  • Assist to follow up with customers on payment on overdue and invoice and sales support.
  • Provide regular weekly and monthly report as required by management
  • Perform other duties as deemed appropriate and assigned by management.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Food/Industrial Engineering (focus on logistics & supply chain).
  • 3-5 years' experience in food ingredients, sales support, customer service, supply chain, or logistics; import experience is a plus.
  • Experience in MNC environment preferred.
  • High ethical standards, integrity, and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Good command of English and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Knowledge of Incoterms and shipping documents.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, flexible, and comfortable in a dynamic international environment.
  • Hands-on, committed, and a team player.
