This role is responsible for promoting ADM's Health & Wellness portfolio, with a primary focus on the dietary supplements and consumer healthcare segments. The ideal candidate will drive new business development and sales growth, while also contributing to product development, technical services, and application support. The territory will be within EMEA, with an initial focus on the UK, Middle East, and selected African countries. This position reports to the Sales & Business Development Leader, EMEA Health & Wellness. Remote work is possible depending on the candidate's location. Travel requirements are estimated at approximately 20%.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver revenue and gross margin (GM) targets within the assigned region.
Analyze market needs, consumer trends, and competitive landscape to define a regional commercial strategy, including customer segmentation, channel strategy, and cross-selling opportunities within ADM's Health & Wellness portfolio.
Recommend and shape the appropriate product portfolio for the region in collaboration with Management and R&D.
Develop and implement short- and medium-term commercial plans to expand the customer base in the dietary supplements sector.
Define and provide the required application support to meet customer needs, working closely with technical teams and leveraging ADM's regional and global application resources.
Establish and execute technical service support strategies tailored to the region.
Coordinate go-to-market activities in alignment with regional marketing strategies.
Represent ADM at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in B2B sales, marketing, or product management within the probiotics, prebiotics, or microorganisms space for the dietary supplements and/or pharmaceutical industries.
Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Food Science, or a related life sciences field preferred.
Proven track record in market development, product commercialization, and project management.
Experience working within a matrixed, cross-functional, and ideally global organization.
Strong performance in delivering on key metrics such as revenue, GM, and operational profit (OP).
Fluent in English; additional languages such as French or Spanish are a plus.
Highly self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a strong desire to succeed.
