We're now looking for a Functional Lead - Transformation & Program to drive complex, cross-functional regulatory initiatives that enable business growth, ensure compliance, and support ongoing transformation across the region.
The Role
This is a high-impact leadership position at the center of regulatory transformation across EMEA. You will lead large-scale programs, including integrations, portfolio changes, and process harmonization initiatives-ensuring consistent, compliant, and efficient execution aligned with global standards.
You'll play a key role in shaping how regulatory work is delivered across the organization, improving performance, transparency, and customer confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Transformation & Synergies
Translate regional and global regulatory priorities into structured program roadmaps with clear milestones, ownership, and risk controls
Lead end-to-end delivery of regulatory transformation and synergy initiatives across EMEA and global interfaces
Act as regulatory lead for acquisitions and site integrations, ensuring smooth transition into ADM systems and governance
Oversee regulatory workstreams for product transfers and supply changes, ensuring business continuity and compliance
Enable cross-selling and portfolio expansion by aligning regulatory requirements across regions and business units
Manage program risk registers, driving mitigation strategies and escalation where needed
Establish strong governance frameworks (steering committees, working groups, decision forums) to ensure alignment and execution
Regulatory Excellence & Performance
Define and implement KPIs to measure delivery reliability, efficiency, and compliance outcomes
Develop leadership dashboards and reporting to track progress, risks, and value delivery
Benchmark performance and drive continuous improvement across regulatory operations
Integrate customer-focused metrics into regulatory performance frameworks
Represent EMEA in global regulatory excellence forums, contributing to harmonized standards and scalable tools
What You Bring
Strong knowledge of EMEA and global regulatory frameworks within food, beverage, flavours, or ingredients
Proven experience leading regulatory transformation, integrations, or complex cross-functional programs
Ability to harmonize processes, systems, and documentation across diverse teams
Experience developing and using performance metrics to drive improvement
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-changing environments
Executive presence and the ability to translate regulatory topics into business impact
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Nutrition, or related field
Advanced qualification in Regulatory Affairs, Quality, or MBA (preferred)
Demonstrated experience in regulatory affairs within food, beverage, or flavour industries
Track record in M&A integrations, site transitions, or product transfers
Experience working in global or cross-regional environments
Fluent English required; additional European languages are a plus
