The Job

Will have focus and expertise in the strategic growth areas of Flavor, cooperation and workwith international and multifunctional teams.
Represent Regulatory and Scientific Affairs (RSA) team to support flavor business and activities, support implementation of the ADM growth plan.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (commercial, technical and operation), supporting customers and business partners.
Represent RSA coordinating with external regulatory authorities and technical institutions, to ensure alignment with local regulations and with ADM regulatory procedures.

Your Responsibilities

In charge of completing customer documents for flavors from China production facility or small occasions from non-China production facility.
In charge of the workstream of evaluating regulatory permissibility for desired markets and regulatory status, develop and maintain product regulatory database, workout SDS and GHS label.
In charge of recipe/SPEC/label change assessment and management, work with commercial team when customer communication is need.
Support the regulatory status database for aroma chemicals (as flavor raw material).
Lead flavor related communications with internal or external requesters (such as R&D, sales, marketing, trade associations, etc.)
Support the application of varies religious certificates such as Halal and Kosher Certificates within schedule from the certifiers, including on-site audit supports as needed.
Support the review of flavor customer contracts, OEM/vendor contracts, Go-to-market flavor material from regulatory perspective.
Provide relevant regulatory support to other functional groups as needed.

Your Profile

More than 5 years regulatory working experience in flavor related industry, well understand of flavor and food additives regulations/standards.
Hands-on capability, productivity, being accountable and adaptive
Fluent English and Mandarin in both written and spoken.
Knowledge of Raw Material and Products/Formulations
Chemical substances management, SDS & GHS support is plus

Food, Chemical or Pharmaceutical or related Bachelor degree or above.
