• Regulatory Project Management: Lead and coordinate EFSA dossiers, including internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate submission for feed additives.
• Regulatory Intelligence: Monitor, interpret, and communicate emerging regulatory changes, trends, and issues in animal nutrition; evaluate potential business impacts and provide actionable recommendations.
• Ingredient Assessment: Assess compliance of ingredients with EU, UK, and CH feed legislation to support R&D and procurement activities.
• Product Assessment & Labeling: Evaluate product compliance and define mandatory labeling information in alignment with regional regulations.
• Industry Representation: Serve as the company representative in trade associations, contributing to the development of industry positions and regulatory dialogue.
• Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive regulatory documentation, databases, and records of approvals and communications with authorities; monitor and report relevant KPIs.
• Training & Communication: Provide regulatory guidance and training to internal stakeholders to ensure understanding and compliance with applicable requirements.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Veterinary Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably within animal nutrition.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Ownership mindset with proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
