• Execute day-to-day purchasing activities for raw materials across multiple production locations, including Oss (NL), Olen (BE) and joint-venture sites
• Place and monitor purchase orders, including confirmations, delivery scheduling, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate purchasing and supplier data in ERP systems.
• Collaborate with planning and operations teams to ensure uninterrupted production supply.
• Communicate directly with suppliers regarding delivery performance, quality concerns, price updates, and lead time management.
• Contribute to supplier evaluations and support cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ADM's Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, procurement policies, and sustainability principles.
• Act as a key coordination point between Procurement, Operations, Quality, Logistics, Finance, and other internal stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement activities and process harmonization across the sites.

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Agriculture, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). (Minimum HBO)
• First experience in Procurement / Supply Chain / Logistics is an advantage (internships included).
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in issue-solving.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel required); experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French/German language skills are an asset.
• Interest in the feed, animal nutrition, or food production industry is beneficial.
