The Job
The Regional Technology Manager will be responsible for understanding and implementing standard methodologies throughout the assigned region. The primary purposes of the position is to ensure maximum value is obtained from efficient operations and to drive continuous improvement in daily activities.
Your Responsibilities
• Dedication to working safely and to the awareness for the safety of others.
• Deep understanding of a variety of process unit operations.
• Optimization and analytical processes and tools experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with plant personnel and management.
• Working knowledge of common process drawings and documentation.
• Willingness to spend time in plant areas - tolerate extreme temperatures, walk long distances, stand, climb stairs and ladders and move through close spaces.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight away from home.
• Ability to work effectively on a team as well as independently while traveling to remote plant locations. The ideal candidate must be able to read, write and verbally communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English
Your Profile
• Bachelor's Degree in the fields of Chemistry, Food Processing, Production Manufacturing, Engineering, Technology, or other related field.
• Minimum 7 years' experience with plant process systems.
• Operations supervision.
• 5+ years' experience in Process/Project engineering.
