ADM WILD Netherlands B.V. has been based in the Port of Amsterdam for 40 years, manufacturing fruit juice concentrate blends for flavor systems. We supply customers in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Far East with products in various packaging forms for the food and beverage industry. Our dynamic, international team of approximately 100 employees drives our success.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support the supervision and maintenance of quality systems, including HACCP, ISO 9000, FSSC/ISO 22000, IFS, and additional certifications (RFA, Fair Trade, BIO, Halal, Kosher).
  • Coordinate work related to HACCP, Safe Food, Food Defense, and Food Fraud groups, ensuring smooth operation.
  • Assist in the implementation of new certification standards and the adaptation to evolving requirements.
  • Monitor quality indicators, participate in developing corrective actions, and support continuous quality improvement processes.
  • Oversee the preparation, maintenance, and security of documents related to the Quality Manual.
  • Actively participate in internal and external audits and conduct hygiene inspections to ensure compliance.
  • Analyze production-related quality issues and collaborate with all departments to drive improvements.
  • Liaise with external institutions and suppliers on quality system matters.
  • Utilize SAP systems for daily duties and ensure proper maintenance of production equipment.
  • Participate in internal and external training to enhance knowledge and competencies, ensuring full compliance with ADM WILD Amsterdam's quality standards.
  • Reporting to Director Food Safety and Quality EMEA and in dotted line to Plant Manager Amsterdam
Your Profile
  • Minimum five years of experience in quality management.
  • Strong experience in a leader position in the food or pharma industry.
  • Experience in representing the company towards industry organisations.
  • Proficient in IT systems (MRP / SAP 4h), including MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Experience in establishing a quality management system.
  • Experience to work as part of the management team and create strategic plans for the plant.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Dutch skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities, a team player, and experience with auditing is highly valued.
