Your Role:

As part of our QA/QC team, a team of 10 persons, you will play a key role in ensuring quality and compliance across our product development and production processes. Your main responsibilities can include:
Leading continuous improvement and simplification of the Quality Management System (QMS)
Performing HACCP validations and Food Safety Culture training
Leading the implementation of procedures and instructions
Ensuring inspection readiness, including planning, execution, and follow-up of audits and inspections
Managing and facilitate deviations and non-conformance handling
Addressing customer complaints and inquiries
Change control for raw materials and production process.
Experience with FSSC 22000, GMP production, and quality management in a manufacturing environment will be considered strong assets.

About You

You are driven, structured, and thrive in a collaborative, quality-focused work culture.

We imagine that you have:
A Degree in Food Safety, Quality Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in the food industry
Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
