ADM Denmark A/S is experiencing significant growth - and now is your opportunity to be part of our exciting journey. We are currently seeking a Quality Coordinator and Quality Assistant to join our dedicated QA team, specializing in food safety and quality assurance and control.

Your Role:
  • As part of our QA/QC team, a team of 10 persons, you will play a key role in ensuring quality and compliance across our product development and production processes. Your main responsibilities can include:
  • Leading continuous improvement and simplification of the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Performing HACCP validations and Food Safety Culture training
  • Leading the implementation of procedures and instructions
  • Ensuring inspection readiness, including planning, execution, and follow-up of audits and inspections
  • Managing and facilitate deviations and non-conformance handling
  • Addressing customer complaints and inquiries
  • Change control for raw materials and production process.
  • Experience with FSSC 22000, GMP production, and quality management in a manufacturing environment will be considered strong assets.


About You

You are driven, structured, and thrive in a collaborative, quality-focused work culture.
  • We imagine that you have:
  • A Degree in Food Safety, Quality Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in the food industry
  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
