Quality Coordinator - Effingham, IL

Full Time, non-exempt position

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Education - High School or Higher
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • 1 -3 years of experience in the field
  • Preventative Controls Qualified Individual or willing to train
  • Related industry knowledge
PRIMARY PURPOSE:

This position is responsible for reviewing, closing, and releasing all production tickets in Effingham. This includes investigations into batch adherence. Other responsibilities will include coordinating all positive release samples to be submitted, releasing all finished products once test results are received, work directly with customer and corporate representatives to manage testing requirements, and other tasks as assigned.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Batch ticket review
  • Batch ticket closing and release
  • Positive release sample management
  • Formal release process management
  • Answering plant main phone line
  • Record retention management
  • Oracle inventory disposition
  • Customer product and ingredient testing program management
  • Corporate flush and mixer uniformity sample management
