QC & Production Superintendent has responsibilities to organizes, coordinates and supervises the activities and work of Quality Control & Production Team in order to ensure the products meet or exceed all established quality requirements & the production activities is organized effective, efficient, & safely by continuously improve, stabilize the testing level, ensure the completion of the goals of each period through continuous optimization, determining production priorities based on the established daily/weekly production schedules, makes daily assignments in order to meet the set standards and production schedules including cleaning and other associated production activities, etc.

Responsibilities:

Ensures all work is performed in compliance with all relevant safety & quality regulations and procedures in order to prevent any incidents or mistake
Lead quality analysis, environment test, or any related test/analysis refer to applied regulation/procedures
Make monitoring program for raw material & finish goods in order to meet the set standards related to content &undesirable substances (Heavy Metals, Dioxin, Microbiology, Allergen, Residue Pesticide, etc.)
Control & documenting Quality and Production, create and manage instrument calibration program
Ensures all production activities is performed in compliance with all relevant safety & quality regulations and procedures in order to prevent / avoid any incidents or mistake
Maintains the required production monitoring systems and reports, so that an adequate insight in production status is available at all times
Ensure that the Product Labels are made according to those that have been determined
Monitoring movement raw materials and ingredients for production, in conjunction with Warehousing
Ensures most efficient staffing and organization according to production requirements jointly with Plant Manager
Contributes actively to continuous improvement efforts in the achievement of target objectives and customer complaint investigation process
Communicates with the Plant Manager and other related departments to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of operations
Conduct required maintenance activities such as ensure regular preventive maintenance is implementing very well, conduct repair if needed, maintain spare part availability, etc.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor Degree from Pharmacy and Certified as Pharmacist
Have 3-5 years in job related experience. Have experience in Animal Feed industries will be and advantage
Willing to be placed in Pasuruan Area
Have strong analytical thinking skills, project management and detail oriented
Have strong Skill in operating laboratories instruments
Have strong knowledge and experience about, GMP, Food Safety, & HSE Regulation
Have good problem solving and decision making skills
Able & willing to work under minimum supervision and under pressure
Proficient operate ERP system & Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
Good communication skills both in English & Bahasa
