Position Definition:

• The QC/ QA supervisor will be responsible for performing routine analysis/release of samples, new products lab scale experiment. Assist in completing new products registration, production licenses update and plant related quality audit etc.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure that corporate and local EHS procedures are well followed.

• Sample analysis and release (RM, liquid flavor base, FP). CV testing.

• Assist in drafting / revising / reviewing SOPs, analytical methods validation to ensure that all documents in QC Laboratory are updated, accurate and comply with feed additive regulation.

• Monthly quality KPI management.

• Involved in new products' registration, licenses/ certificates update.

• Plant quality audit coordination (internal/ external).

• Participate in projects, new products' validation works.

• HACCP\\TACCP\\VACCP\\IRM review, recall drill.

• Need to check the daily deliver goods quantity matched the delivery order.

• Prepare sample and leaflet for sales team.

• Build up data analysis and problem-solving capabilities, familiar with troubleshooting tools such as 5-why, fish bone, RCA

• Follow up own training program and train new employees in working methods.

• Other tasks assigned by company.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree; 4+ years lab supervisor experience.

• Familiar with analytical equipment eg. HPLC, GC, AAS, Spectrophotometer...

• Knowledge of feed/feed additive relevant regulation& law.

• Familiar with quality management system (ISO9001 / FAMI-QS/ HACCP).

• Good self-driven, coordination, communication skills

• Logical based decision making / problem solving skills

• Good learning ability and result orientation.

• Knowledge of MS office software is required.

• Basic English capability is required.

• Teamwork spirit.
