About The Role:

We are looking for a Part-Time Recruiting Associate to join our Talent Acquisition Hourly Mailbox Team. This is a fast-paced and dynamic position within an energetic, inclusive team that values innovative thinking and fresh perspectives. The role involves managing multiple locations and handling diverse scenarios simultaneously. We're seeking a creative, driven individual who has strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create and maintain lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. In this role, you'll leverage your recruiting skills to research and connect with passive candidates, think creatively to solve challenges, and build strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers while also working with different ADM Departments and team members.

In This Role You Will:
  • Build solid relationships with hiring managers and develop a keen understanding of our internal skill sets and team dynamics
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to provide guidance on sourcing tools, develop strategies, and facilitate access to platforms like Indeed or other recruitment system.
  • Conduct audits of job requisitions to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain a strong focus on detail throughout the onboarding process for candidates.
  • Serve as the primary support for all sites that do not have a dedicated recruiter.
  • Write, refine, and update job descriptions for requisitions that need updating and more details
  • Lead Rapid Response recruiting efforts during high-volume periods such as harvest or shutdowns.
  • Develop and maintain structured interview guides, phone screen templates, and note sheets to ensure consistency in hiring practices.
  • Assist with onboarding logistics, including HireRight background checks, offer letter timelines, and First Day Details detail coordination.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve questions from managers and candidates related to onboarding, job qualifications, and start dates.
  • Partner with sites and dedicated recruiters to support and plan job fairs and hiring events.
  • Maintain proactive communication and follow-ups to drive progress across open roles and hiring priorities.
  • Follow DOT Compliance for all DOT roles that report to Hourly Staffing
  • Act as an ambassador of ADM and help create a strong employer-of-choice brand
  • Use your knowledge of the competitive landscape to build recruiting strategies for open positions
  • Own the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing and closing all candidates
  • Drive an efficient hiring process and maintain quality pipeline metrics via the ATS (Kenexa/BrassRing)
Job Requirements:
  • 1 years' experience as a full life-cycle recruiter is strongly preferred
  • Experience with targeted sourcing strategies to find talent for niche roles or in challenging talent markets.
  • Self-motivated with superior organizational skills, integrity and follow-through.
  • Experience in building sourcing plans for client groups
  • You are able to work independently and with little supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
