Your Responsibilities

Demand Planning and Replenishment


• Be responsible for Demand and Supply Planning as well as Production Planning for his/her assigned region.

• Facilitate monthly Demand Review meetings with Commercial Team and other stakeholders.

• Calculate forecast accuracy scores per sales unit and articulate them to stakeholders in order to improve or fine tune future numbers.

• Prepare minutes of the Demand Review Sessions highlighting issues/deviation from budget and action plans.

• Translate Demand Data into replenishment plans for both finished goods and raw materials.

• Facilitate Supply Plan meetings and securing sign off from relevant stake holders on replenishment numbers.

• Track product inventories making sure that accurate inventory data is used in replenishment plans.

• Keep accurate records of monthly sales using the same to calculate statistical or base forecasts

• Collect data from internal and external sources on factors known to affect demand

• Using and maintaining the demand planning and production planning software or spreadsheet template.

Production Planning

• Develop production plans to satisfy customer demand while carrying minimum effective inventory.

• Ensure that all materials and equipment required are available for production beforehand, considering sales forecast and plant capacity and raw material availability

• Collaborate with the Production, Warehouse and Sales Teams.

• Address production issues and setbacks.

• Compile performance reports comparing plans vs. actual production

• Work with Toll Manufacturers for volumes in excess of ADM plant capacity.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience (2 years) in planning, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

• Proficiency in excel and forecasting/planning software

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing prior
