Our Stafford site plays a vital role in delivering high-quality solutions for QSR and Coffee chain clients. We're looking for a Production Planner to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our operations.

Your Mission:
  • You'll be at the heart of our production process - evaluating customer forecasts and sales orders to build efficient, responsive production plans. Your work ensures we meet demand, hit deadlines, and keep our operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
  • Collaborate closely with Operations to ensure seamless plan execution and rapid resolution of production issues.
  • Coordinate workflow across multiple products and processes, allocating materials, equipment, and manpower effectively.
  • Forecast manpower, equipment, and raw material needs to meet production targets.
  • Schedule ingredient and material usage to maintain optimal production flow.
  • Monitor supply levels and proactively address shortages or bottlenecks.
  • Build and communicate weekly production plans to all Operations teams.
  • Ensure adequate cover is in place to meet demand.
  • Track output performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
What You'll Bring:
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in data management and planning.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Proven organizational and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Experience as a Production Planner or Scheduler in a food manufacturing environment.
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
