Our Stafford site plays a vital role in delivering high-quality solutions for QSR and Coffee chain clients. We're looking for a Production Planner to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our operations.
Your Mission:
You'll be at the heart of our production process - evaluating customer forecasts and sales orders to build efficient, responsive production plans. Your work ensures we meet demand, hit deadlines, and keep our operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate closely with Operations to ensure seamless plan execution and rapid resolution of production issues.
Coordinate workflow across multiple products and processes, allocating materials, equipment, and manpower effectively.
Forecast manpower, equipment, and raw material needs to meet production targets.
Schedule ingredient and material usage to maintain optimal production flow.
Monitor supply levels and proactively address shortages or bottlenecks.
Build and communicate weekly production plans to all Operations teams.
Ensure adequate cover is in place to meet demand.
Track output performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
What You'll Bring:
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in data management and planning.
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
Proven organizational and problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
Experience as a Production Planner or Scheduler in a food manufacturing environment.
A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
