Monitors compliance with necessary parameters in technological processes within the Starch, Refinery, Final Products, and Auxiliary Units
Oversees start-up, shutdown, and maintenance operations in assigned areas
Ensures compliance with food safety standards in assigned areas
Manages and monitors the execution of the plant's production program
Ensures material and chemical consumption is within prescribed norms
Controls the development of technical and technological instructions and oversees their implementation
Ensures proper record-keeping in technological logs by operators
Conducts and supervises experiments in technological processes
Identifies and analyzes causes of technological problems
Assists in identifying and analyzing causes of machinery failures
Participates in commissions investigating workplace accidents
Organizes operator training and evaluates their performance
Ensures the safety of installations during repairs and monitors compliance with labor, food safety, environmental, and fire protection regulations
Recommends disciplinary actions for department heads, shift supervisors, operators, mechanics, technicians, and external contractors who violate safety and labor discipline
Controls the development of process control logs in production units
Contributes to capital repair plans during plant shutdowns
Performs other duties assigned by the direct supervisor
Demonstrates loyalty to the company through commitment and efficiency in fulfilling job duties
Duties:
Understands the technical setup and operation of machines, equipment, and production units
Has detailed knowledge of technological process parameters within the plant
Understands laboratory analyses
Completes assigned tasks efficiently and on time
Reports any issues affecting production or safety to the supervisor within five minutes of detection
Ensures compliance with safety, food safety, environmental, and fire protection regulations for all employees and external contractors
Reports any sanctioning actions taken against external contractors
Ensures adherence to food safety regulations in assigned work areas
Professional Qualifications:
Ability to work in a team
Strong leadership skills
Excellent organizational and management abilities with at least 3 years of successful experience in leading a small to medium-sized team
Professional and personal maturity, strong communication skills, and results-driven mindset
Analytical and planning skills for both short-term and long-term objectives
Ability to make independent decisions
Proficiency in written and spoken English, including active correspondence and negotiations with international clients and suppliers
Additional Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of electrical engineering
Basic knowledge of mechanics
Strong computer literacy
Knowledge of international and Bulgarian quality, food safety, and environmental management standards (ISO, HACCP, GMP)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field
