Production Manager

Job Description:
  • Plans, organizes, and manages the execution of the annual factory maintenance shutdown

  • Plans downtime related to the execution of works

  • During scheduled and unscheduled shutdowns, works on efficient troubleshooting, organizes, supervises, and is responsible for ongoing factory maintenance

  • Works on developing and finding the most optimal and best technical solutions for equipment and devices

  • Organizes work and coordinates tasks within the Sector

  • Supervises and ensures all tasks in the Sector are performed efficiently and on time

  • Works on maintaining, improving, and developing the factory's technical support

  • Contacts third parties to carry out maintenance and equipment development tasks

  • Contracts work within their scope of authority

  • Ensures the factory is supplied with energy and water

  • Organizes, contracts, and implements investments

  • Plans financial resources to support the mentioned tasks

  • Ensures the implementation and improvement of the quality system

  • Addresses HR issues within the Sector

  • Performs other tasks within the responsibilities of the Director of the Production-Technical Sector

  • Reports directly to the Director for their work

  • Participates in creating the Company's business policy and assists the Director in organizing and implementing it

  • Participates in preparing proposals for work plans and programs and assists the Director in their implementation

  • In cooperation with the Director, ensures the legality of the Company's operations

  • Responsible for the legality of the Company's work and business operations

  • Responsible for safe working practices within their position

  • Responsible for implementing all ADM company procedures within their role

  • Employees report directly to the Operations Director for their work

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Technology, Engineering, or Agriculture (Integrated Academic Studies or Master's Degree / VII level of education);

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and/or operations and/or processing and/or agriculture;

  • Computer literacy - MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

  • Knowledge in production;

  • English language proficiency;

  • Very good knowledge of the soy products market (food and feed);

  • Proactive and initiative-driven.
