The Product Marketing Director
plays a key role in crafting and improving the go to market position of our products to drive mutual value creation for the company and our strategic customers
Hardworking to understand and represent the needs of our customers and their consumers, you will work closely with your technical counterparts and other colleagues to drive unparalleled value
Act as the voice of the consumer and customer for assigned SBU
Possess aptitude for making strategic connections between broad-based consumer trends and for adapting company technologies, capabilities and practical product solutions to drive incremental SBU growth
Work reciprocally with cross functional partners to identify and respond to consumer needs, market gaps and customer opportunities
Build significant and differentiated value propositions to drive partner engagement and value
Possess understanding of trend and product lifecycles and recommend new strategies and tactics to drive revenues
Provide sales support through timely communication, targeted presentations to strategic customers, purposeful product demonstrations and standard methodology customer experiences
Develop and maintain subject matter expertise including comprehensive knowledge of competitive landscape and make business building recommendations to marketing VP
Work with, lead and influence cross functional teams to drive incremental growth for SBU
Hands-on analytical skills with a strong creative yet practical mindset
Support annual planning development process and implementation of action plans
Experience building brands within the food and beverage industry
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
MBA strongly preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong business insight
Project management skills, organization skills and an ability to multitask
Comfortable working in matrixed and ambitious environments
Ability to travel 15 - 25%
Minimum 5 years related product marketing or brand management experience
Relevant experience in the flavor, food or beverage industry preferred
Technical background preferred
B2B and B2C Marketing preferred
Confirmed analytical and strategic problem solving skills with a focus on tactical and practical execution and results
Comfortable with changing priorities, dynamic environment and tight deadlines
