Process Analyst - MDM Customer Focus
This is an exempt level position.

Position Summary:

As a part of this transformation, we know that data is at the center of everything that we do. We seek a dedicated professional to help take us to the next level of our Master Data Management journey. We depend on our Process Analysts to investigate the inner-workings of our business, document our business processes, and formulate ideas for continuous improvement.
We are in search of curious, creative, and thoughtful visual storytellers who enjoy working with end-users and explaining how our business works through Visio diagrams and well-written job guides. We want to enable our business users to make decisions quickly and accurately and this vital role brings transparency to our users on the critical steps to make our systems work well together.
This role seeks a candidate who understands the Prospect to Cash process and has a Customer first mentality.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain process documentation following utilizing BPMN standards, create project artifacts and build job guides that support ongoing operations and support knowledge transfer activities
  • Understand end to end process area(s) and support global business teams to define, document, and prioritize functional requirements that align with defined business outcomes.
  • Partner with Systems Analysts and functional domain specialists to develop new or revise existing processes utilizing our enterprise business process standards
  • Identify business process continuous improvement opportunities and partner with teams to communicate and implement
  • Provide insights to our Organizational Change Teams and partner to build communication and training activities across a diverse community of users
  • Partner with our MDM Global Business Process Owner to define use cases that validate delivery of the business outcomes by the identified process and system solution
  • Provide regular and accurate status updates and other documentation to management and team members for assigned project, support, and improvement work
  • Provide input to estimates for time and resource needs of identified solutions
  • Provide process and functional expertise for role-based security designs and solutions and/or to resolve escalated support issues
  • Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill

Required Skills:

  • Working knowledge of Business Process Management Notation (BPMN) and Data Flow Diagramming Techniques using Microsoft Visio
  • Communicates clearly ideas and findings with team members using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Works well both in a team environment and independently
  • Proven analytical, organization, time management, facilitation, and process management skills
  • Maintain calm in a fast-paced, changing environment, and with all levels of the organization and cope with constantly evolving information
  • Ability to evaluate and negotiate priorities and adapt to individual and team assignments as adjustments are needed
  • Maintains a positive work environment through collaboration & conflict resolution

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of how current trends and process solutions can address identified business needs and capabilities
  • Prior experience in an SAP and/or Informatica driven environment

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree related to Information Systems, Business or other relevant academic discipline with a minimum 4 years job experience in one or more process areas

Required Experience:

  • Microsoft Visio specialist and demonstrable understanding of Business Process Management Notation (BPMN) and Data Flow Diagramming Techniques
  • 3+ years as a data analyst with a specialization in data warehousing or master data management environments
