• Comply fully with local and ADM's safety regulations/standards and promote safety culture. Help ensure the department meets goals for (process) safety and health, environment, product quality, quantity, processing, costs and effectiveness
• Initiation, development and execution of process improvements and approved capital projects in close cooperation with key stakeholders within agreed budget and time
• Support day to day process activities
• Ensure full compliance with ADM project guidelines during project execution
• Remains current with key process technology developments and equipment suppliers
• Report project status in agreed format and frequency

• The successful candidate will possess the following:
