Privacy Operations Information Risk Analyst - Erlanger, Kentucky

Position Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Global Privacy Operations Information Risk Analyst to support and enhance our global data privacy program. This role will play a key part in administering and optimizing use of our OneTrust platform, supporting cross-functional privacy initiatives, and helping ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a privacy-minded professional to gain hands-on experience in operational privacy, data governance, and technology tools, while supporting a dynamic, international team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary OneTrust administrator, managing modules including:
    • Data Mapping and Inventory
    • Assessments (DPIAs/PIAs)
    • Data Subject Rights (DSARs)
    • Cookie Consent Management (CMP)
    • Vendor Risk Management
  • Maintain and improve OneTrust configurations, workflows, automation, and integrations.
  • Support privacy compliance efforts (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, etc.) through data inventory, records of processing activities (RoPA), and assessments.
  • Partner with Legal, IT, Security, and Product teams to operationalize privacy controls and practices across systems and processes.
  • Assist in managing data subject request (DSR) workflows and documentation.
  • Monitor global regulatory developments and contribute to privacy awareness efforts.
  • Help identify and implement opportunities for automation, efficiency, and reporting within the privacy program.
  • Support audit preparation, documentation, and internal reporting metrics.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Information Technology, Privacy, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related operations field (or equivalent experience)
Experience:
  • 1-3 years of experience in privacy, compliance, risk, security, or IT operations
  • Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with OneTrust or similar GRC/privacy platforms
  • Understanding of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, etc.)
  • Experience supporting cross-functional projects in a corporate or enterprise setting

  • Working knowledge of data privacy and protection principles
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills - able to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders and works well with all levels of colleagues
  • Curious, analytical mindset with a willingness to learn
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented
  • Basic knowledge of data flows, systems architecture, or cloud services is a plus to improve processes
  • Ability to simultaneously handle multiple assignments, prioritize work assignments and meet deadlines
  • Commitment to timeliness, excellence and client service
  • Agility, adaptability, creative thinking and openness to new ideas
  • Ability to build links and positively influence outcomes
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, self-disciplined and team-oriented

Preferred (Nice to Have):

  • OneTrust certification(s) or formal training
  • Experience with regulatory compliance in a global organization
  • Familiarity with APIs or technical integrations is a plus
  • CIPM, CIPP/E or CIPP/US (or in progress) a bonus
