Responsibilities:

• Enhance project and portfolio management frameworks, processes, and tools to align with organizational strategy.

• Maintain and analyze STO portfolio data, generating actionable reports and dashboards for team members and senior leadership.

• Design and improve process management tools using Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, MS Teams, SharePoint, Dataverse, and Report Builder to streamline project management.

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions, developing comprehensive training materials to promote best practices and knowledge transfer.

• Leverage enterprise portfolio data to uncover trends, generate insights, and support data-informed decision-making for continuous improvement.

• Improve internal customer experience by providing clear, actionable insights on strategic initiatives and project performance.

Requirements:

• Knowledgeable of PMO frameworks (PMP/PRINCE2) and project governance.

• Advanced in Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Office 365 tools.

• Strong skills in data visualization, relational databases, and performance reporting.

• Experience in gathering business requirements from Senior Management and translating them to actionable tasks

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Highly organized, process-oriented, and results-driven.

• Strong ownership mindset and understanding of change impact.

• Passion for continuous learning and innovation.
