Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Process & Performance Manager to lead and manage strategic initiatives that drive organizational performance, process improvement, and operational excellence for the Process Automation & Operational Technology team and its internal customers at ADM. The Process Automation and Operational Technology team is working towards strategic transformation of our factory floor through implementation of more highly automated processes and data driven operator tooling. This role focuses on continuous improvement and operational efficiency and ensures the successful execution of key programs and initiatives. This role will provide critical support to the Process Automation and Operational Technology (PA/OT)'s global teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering innovation through digitization and automation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Management Leadership:
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement across global Process Automation & Operational technology teams.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiencies across programs and teams globally across PA/OT to drive process automation initiatives and operational technology advancements.
  • Lead/guide change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Drive cross-departmental collaboration acting as a liaison between teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment of priorities, and effective resource allocation in order to foster a culture of teamwork.
  • Engage and support employees at all levels to embrace and sustain performance excellence initiatives.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address performance gaps.
  • Performance Management Leadership:
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the global PA/OT teams charters and deployment plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align performance improvement initiatives with the organization's strategic vision.
  • Monitor team progress, mitigate risks, and address challenges to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Develop communication plans to articulate the value and impact of improvement efforts across the organization.
  • Automate reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery of program and performance metrics.
  • Optimize performance tracking systems by digitizing KPIs, enabling both real-time monitoring and data-driven strategy
  • Design and create digital tools, such as data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and dashboards, to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Utilize performance data to identify trends, measure success, and inform decision-making.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt), or other quality/process improvement methodologies.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in performance excellence, process improvement, program management, or a related role.
  • Demonstrated ability to digitize KPIs and implement technology-driven performance tracking systems.
  • Experience working with Process Automation and Operational Technology (PA/OT) teams or similar global technical functions.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and performance tracking systems.
