Compensation: $24.62/hour; plus $1.00 shift differential
Job Duties
Operate the Biodiesel process.
Collect and analyze samples from the processes as required.
Perform assigned safety, environmental, regulatory, housekeeping and operational inspections and tasks.
Identify and perform minor adjustments of process systems, grounds and buildings.
Perform filter/strainer cleanings and element changes.
Assist Supervisor and Operator II with preparation of process aides and chemicals for use in the utility (i.e. boiler/cooling tower) or process (i.e. biodiesel reaction, filtration) systems as needed.
Duties requested by Supervisor/Management.
Requirements
18 years or older
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Valid Driver's License
Basic computer skills
Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc. with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Ability to work in elevated areas
Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
Ability to work overtime including holidays, nights, weekends, or differential shifts
