Operator - Bluffton, IN

POTENTIAL TASKS

Assist with operating machinery as needed for production and bagging demands,
Conduct ongoing cleaning/housekeeping tasks,
Operate forklifts and other equipment on property,
Stack bags efficiently and safely,
Pick orders, load and unload product,
Assess inventory to ensure proper delivery to customers,
Other responsibilities as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS -

To be considered for an opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture and understand/follow company safety procedures,
Exhibit consistent, prompt attendance,
Able to meet physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and from heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.), lift up to 55 lbs. unassisted, shovel material and operate a vacuum,
Have experience driving a forklift,
Possess strong math aptitude and be familiar with basic computer skills,
Maintain a positive and respectful attitude at all times.

SCHEDULE

This is an hourly position.
Shift is 2nds (2pm-10pm) with some overtime required as needed.
Demonstrate initiative to work independently on given assignments while remaining flexible enough to work within team setting.

EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENT

All other PPE will be provided by the plant.

ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
